Joe Swash Collaborates with Just Eat and Greggs

Joe Swash has partnered with Just Eat to celebrate the launch of Greggs deliver.

Joe Swash for Greggs Joe Swash has partnered with Just Eat to celebrate the launch of Greggs delivery, unveiling the world’s first Sausage Roll sidecar, which toured London, Newcastle and Glasgow handing out free Sausage Rolls and Vegan Sausage Rolls last week. This initial sausage roll out will add to Greggs' revenue diversification plans – like its goods also being stocked in Iceland stores. RELATED: Ed Sheeran Collaborates with Heinz The British TV presenter and actor commented, "With Greggs now on Just Eat, breakfast and lunch just got infinitely better! Their Bacon Rolls are my favourite, I reckon I'll be putting a few cheeky orders in myself!" The stunt harkens back to the 30s when founder John Greggs toured the North East of England on the back of a Triumph Bonneville motorcycle dishing out baked goods. Now creative PR agency Taylor Herring and Just Eat have reimagined the vehicle to mark the partnership. Graham Corfield, UK managing director of Just Eat, said, “We’re delighted to welcome Greggs to Just Eat bringing customers even more of their favourite food brands at the tap of the app. Britain’s love affair with Greggs isn’t slowing down so what better way to celebrate than with a speedy sausage roll-inspired delivery bike!" Hannah Squirrell, customer director at Greggs, added, “We’re thrilled to be working with Just Eat to make it even easier for our customers to enjoy their breakfast and lunch menu favourites. We’ll be able to go direct to the doorsteps of more than a million hungry households.” There will initially be nine participating stores in London, Newcastle and Glasgow.
