Tess Daley is one of Britain's most recognisable television presenters, admired for her warmth, professionalism and effortless on-screen presence. Born Helen Elizabeth Daley on 27 March 1969 in Stockport, Greater Manchester, she initially pursued a successful modelling career before making the transition into television presenting during the late 1990s.  

Daley's modelling career saw her travel extensively, working in cities including Paris, New York and Tokyo. Her natural confidence in front of the camera eventually led to opportunities in broadcasting, where her approachable personality quickly resonated with audiences. Since 2004, Tess has co-presented the BBC's hugely successful entertainment programme Strictly Come Dancing.
