Paul Hollywood Creates Ice Cream Range in Partnership with Beechdean

Paul Hollywood has partnered with Beechdean to launch a collection of luxury ice creams.

Paul Hollywood has partnered with Beechdean, the UK’s largest farm based ice cream manufacturer, to create a range of ice creams that raise the bar on luxury ice creams.

For the product launch, Paul has created five different flavours, including Sticky Ginger Pudding and Amaretti and Key Lime.

Paul Hollywood comments, “My new range of ice cream reflects some of my favourite ingredients and flavours. It’s been great fun working with Beechdean to turn these into delicious ice creams that I hope people love as much as I do.”

Beechdean are the third biggest ice cream manufacturer in the UK – producing over 200 million portions of ice cream a year under brands including Beechdean and Loseley and joins the Nickelodeon license in the group.

The son of a baker, Paul Hollywood originally trained as a sculptor before his father persuaded him to join the family business. He went onto become head baker at some of the most exclusive hotels, including Cliveden, The Chester Grosvenor and The Dorchester, gaining a reputation as an innovator and one of the country’s finest artisan bakers.

Paul has become a household name since becoming a judge on Great British Bake Off in 2010. The second season of Paul’s Food Network UK Show City Bakes launched in April 2017He has published five Baking books and makes regular contributions to all of the major food magazines.
