Tom Parker Bowles has been passionate about food since a very early age. He writes a monthly food column for Tatler and Night And Day in The Mail On Sunday. He has also contributed to numerous other publications including Waitrose Food Illustrated and the Walpole magazine. In addition to advising Quintessentially on sourcing the best tasting food, he is currently writing a book on American cuisine.
