Sally Phillips has appeared in many television programmes, such as Fist of Fun (as The Girl Who Smelled of Spam and others) [1995], occasionally in Comedy Nation [BBC 2], the giggling receptionist in I'm Alan Partridge [BBC 2, 1997], Holding the Baby [ITV, 1997], and In The Red [BBC 2, 1998], and more recently in Smack the Pony [C4, 1999] and Hippies [BBC, 1999], plus a few radio programmes including Life, Death & Sex with Mike & Sue, People Like Us, and The Treatment [Radio 5] amongst others. She has also been involved with lots of Lee & Herring projects.
