Lotte is the quintessential English Cook with a passion for our culinary heritage whilst being a Cordon Bleu chef of distinction. Her TV appearances include Ready Steady Cook, Granada's Battle of the Chefs, Gloria Hunnifords Open House, and she has been a regular guest on Sky's The Living Room, cooking anything from English Summer Ice-cream to Star Wars children's food! Off the box, she uses her expertise in Ye Olde English cuisine to run cookery demonstrations in some of the finest period homes of Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, where she lives with her daughter Daisy. She has had two recent series with Carlton Food Network, 'Simply Puddings' and 'Feast Days'.
