After Dinner Speakers: Lesley Waters, Des O'Connor, Hazel O'Connor

Lesley studied French cuisine at Ealing College for three years before joining Prue Leith's Restaurant in 1978, where she rose up the ranks to senior chef. She teamed up again with Prue as an instructor at her food and wine school and again was soon promoted, this time to head teacher. She has worked in television since 1989. As well as her regular appearances on Ready Steady Cook, she has presented Can't Cook Won't Cook and guested on Food & Drink and Who'll Do The Pudding. She has also written a number of cookery books.
