Kate Bush was born in 1958 and began with violin lessons at the age of 9 but soon interest in the piano took over. She was introduced to EMI by David Gilmour of Pink Floyd and was signed while she is still at school. In 1978 she released Wuthering Heights and reaches number 1. Ever since Kate has had huge success with the albums Lionheart and the Kick inside and has remained active in the music industry, writing and performing.
