Jeremy Moore started his military career in 1946 when he joined the Fleet Air Arm. Thirty six years service later saw six tours of duty in Commando Forces, from Lieutenant to Major General including appointment as the Commanding Officer of 42 Commando Royal Marines. He has held several staff appointments including secretary to the Chiefs of Staff Committee in London. Always an active man Jeremy enjoys climbing and sailing but now claims to have slowed down and delights in painting in watercolour. Jeremy Moore is a military expert who presents fascinating stories of his life in the services.
