Jenny Éclair is a punk performance poet, Her real name Hargreaves was changed to Éclair by accident whilst she was pretending to be French at a Blackpool nightclub in the 1980s. Often described as an acquired taste, Jenny Éclair performs a strong aggressive and often foul-mouthed brand of humour and Stand Up. Jenny Éclair is the only female to date to win the coveted Perrier award at the Edinburgh Comedy Festival and behind her larger than life character is a genuinely funny and skilful comedienne.
