Humphrey Walters was one of the founders of the MaST Organisation in 1970 and has seen the business grow to a large international organisation operating in 29 locations worldwide. He has specialised in leadership, motivation and teamwork and been involved with top teams in many major companies throughout the world. He works closely with the Institute of Directors on the Director Development Programme - helping Managing Directors and Board members operate effectively. An active sportsman, he completed the BT Global Challenge, and has run marathons. He has written extensively about High Performing Teams and Leaders and is co-author of Global Challenge- a study of leadership and teambuilding used during this arduous event.
