Hattie Hayridge is a comedy actress whose sense of timing and delivery has helped her gain a popular following amongst fans of such show as Red Dwarf and Jonathan Creek. Her first television appearance was indeed on early Red dwarf in 1988 where she played the lethargic Hilly. Hattie plays downtrodden, slow and rambling characters with understated aplomb, generating the amused frustration in audiences exactly as intended. A regular series of guest appearances on shows such as Head on Comedy and Saturday Live, Hattie is a highly talented and convincing comic actress.
