Sir Geoff Hurst is a footballing legend who played 500 games for his club West Ham during which time he scored 250 goals. He also went on to manage Chelsea from 1979 to 1981. However Geoff is probably best known for his winning goal, part of his hat-trick, to beat West Germany in the final of the World Cup in 1966. In his 49 caps for his country Geoff scored 24 goals.His business interests have seen him become Sales Director of Motor Plan Ltd (1984-1990) and Managing Director of Appliance Warranty Division London General Insurance.Sir Geoff is a sporting hero who has a quick wit and ready humour which makes him a much sought after speaker for a wide range of events.
