After Dinner Speakers: Donna Air, Ross Kemp, Malandra Burrows

Donna Air joined the Big Breakfast as the third presenter, a role she shares with Gail Porter. Donna Air left school at 16 and moved to London ready to hit the big time. "I went to an all girls' school and then an ordinary state school, I didn't want to go to a drama college and be a teenaged luvvie," she explains. Donna first released her Geordie accent on us by working alongside Ant and Dec in 'Byker Grove' on BBC1. This was followed by a world-wide assault on the charts with her group 'Crush' who incidentally had great success in Texas and Japan. From there Donna went on to host Select MTV as well as a number of other shows before finally landing up on The Big Breakfast.
