One of the original and most certainly the most attractive of the female Gladiators, Diane Youdale aka Jet, has reinvented herself as a fully qualified Health and Fitness instructor and trained counsellor. Having first achieved celebrity as Jet on Gladiators, she has since gone on to make many television appearances and is a regular contributor to Health Advisor magazine. Her career has taken her from competitive gymnastics through to dance, health and fitness, and she has now been teaching for over 5 years. She has produced and published several books and fitness videos and her methods are enthusiastically followed by the aspirational healthy. A great guest for any sporting or health and fitness themed event.
