David Hamilton is one of Britain's top disc jockeys and television personalities. In a career spanning more than forty years he has hosted numerous TV shows and been a guest on many more. David currently presents the morning shows on Saga radio, a new digital station, five days a week. David presented the weekday breakfast show on Melody 105.4FM for 4 years. He also had long spells with Radio 1, Radio 2, GWR Classic Gold network and Capital Gold (where his weekend show was networked around the country). His TV career began as a scriptwriter, writing a hit series at the age of 18. From there he progressed to television announcer and programme host. For seven years he was host of the Lifestyle satellite TV station and compered four series of the game show, All Clued Up, for the ITV Network. This show was repeated on The Family Channel and topped their ratings. David also makes regular appearances on QVC, The Shopping Channel. David has appeared in four major pantomimes and compered shows at the London Palladium and Royal Albert Hall. His autobiography, "The Music Game" was published recently in hardback and paperback by W.H. Allen.
