Chairman of London Economics and previously Economics Editor of The Sunday Times, The Daily Telegraph, The Independent and Channel 4 Television, Sarah Hogg served as Head of the Policy Unit at 10 Downing Street from 1990 to 1995. Sarah Hogg has experience of big and small businesses. She was involved in the start-up of The Independent, with responsibility for hiring and managing its award-winning business team, and is Chairman of Britain’s fastest-growing economics consultancy. She was created a Life Peer in the 1995 New Year’s Honours List.
