After Dinner Speakers: Andi Peters, Brian Jacks, Run DMC

Former children's TV presenter Andi Peters is returning to the BBC to take charge of Top of the Pops and other music shows. He began his career as a presenter in the "broom cupboard" linking children's programmes alongside puppet Edd The Duck in the early 1990s, before moving behind the camera. He went onto present Saturday morning show Live & Kicking, and pop magazine The Ozone, which saw him move into production roles. In 1996 he moved to LWT to produce Spice Girls and Boyzone specials, before joining Channel 4 in 1998 where he developed the T4 youth programming strand.
