The former Director of Berkshire County Council and latterly Managing Director of 3Es, Stanley Goodchild is the first person to be responsible for running a state school under contract to the private sector. Up against much scepticism and political opposition, Stanley Goodchild has steered 3Es through the difficult process of taking over a failing school and turning it around. Whilst at Berkshire County Council, Stanley formed the renowned Management School at Roffey Park, an institution that has helped the career progression and self development of many senior executives from all service industries. Building on a partnership approach, Stanley Goodchild has built a top-notch reputation as a fixer and troubleshooter. His presentations are wonderfully illuminating.
