After Dinner Speakers: Ross Noble, Oz Clarke, Helen Atkinson-Wood

Ross Noble is only 23 and has established himself as the world’s most dangerously talented and original comedian. His career began almost eight years ago when Ross decided that the best way to achieve ambition was to join the circus. After many months juggling in shopping malls in the North East, he was forced to go solo, and turned his attention to comedy. His first gig at the Newcastle Comedy Café proved to be a big success, and before too long comedy audiences began to embrace his talent for improvisation. During the past few years Ross has performed with equal success throughout the UK and taken his show throughout the world to cities including Melbourne, Sydney, Paris and Hong Kong. At the 1999 Edinburgh Festival his show "Laser Boy" won a Herald Angel Award for outstanding performance after their comedy critic wrote “To save everybody the trouble, he should be handed the Perrier Award now” The Herald. Ross is a very entertaining after dinner comedy act and makes a side-splittingly funny awards host.
