Dr. Bob Ballard is the Emeritus President of Research at the Woods Hole Oceaneographic Institute and the man discovered and filmed the RMS Titanic and the USS Yorktown almost three miles down on the botom of the Atlantic. He has also surveyed the sunken US nuclear submarines Thresher and Scorpion on behalf of the US Navy, as well as many other Top Secret missions.
