Richard Vranch is best known as the improvising pianist and guitarist on the original TV show 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?’ appearing with such comedy stars as Clive Anderson, Josie Lawrence and Tony Slattery.
Whose line was developed from the successful theatre group Comedy Store Players, of which Richard was an integral part.
Richard contributes a huge volume of work on Radio and Television as a writer, actor and presenter on favourites such as The Paul Merton Show, Smack The Pony, Just a Minute and Beat That Einstein for Channel 4.
A hugely popular and talented performer, Richard is constantly in demand in theatre and television. He still finds time to put his PHD in Radiation Physics to good use by writing research papers and lecturing for the Open University.
