After Dinner Speakers: Norm MacDonald, The Sisters of Mercy, Fine Young Cannibals

A native of Quebec City, Canada, MacDonald began his stand-up career performing in comedy clubs throughout Canada. Upon moving to Los Angeles he became a writer on the hit series Roseanne. Born in 1962 in Quebec, Norm MacDonald has also appeared in films with Adam Sandler and the highly acclaimed The People vs. Larry Flynt. MacDonald's first starring role in a motion picture was as Mitch in Dirty Work, a comedy that opened in 1998 Co-starring with Chevy Chase. MacDonald's many television appearances include The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Late Show with David Letterman, Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher and The Daily Show. Norm's sitcom, The Norm Show began its run on ABC in the spring of 1999 and is a very amusing and entertaining personality.
