The last President of the Soviet Union and advocate of radical reforms in 'Perestroika' "New thinking for our contry and the World", Gorbachev originated the greatest programme for change in the second half of the 20th Century. He is based in Moscow where he is President of the International Green Gross and the Gorbachev Foundation. He is a winner of the Nobel Peace Price.
