Mike Watson has 20 years of experience in Information Technology, and a further 15 years spent as a consultant specialising in management training and consultancy assignments. He has taken a special interest in the personal skills of managing and working in teams. As a project manager he has managed a diverse range of mostly IT projects, ranging from large strategic systems developments through Internet and Intranet applications. He has been a speaker at many conferences and seminars, written numerous articles for professional journals, and his book entitled Managing Smaller Projects was published in January 1998.
