Born on 8 April 1966 in Barnet, Hertfordshire. Married to Deborah, he lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA and Cambridge, England. Mark and Deborah have 2 sons (Mark Jnr. and Callum). Mark first drove at the age of 8, a Ford Anglia Van, and entered his first race, motocross, at age 13. He achieved his first victory at age 17 at a Club Race at Silverstone. Mark enjoys music, movies, sports, squash and golf. His favourite food is Italian and Chinese food. An experienced driver who started his racing career in top level schoolboy motocross and since 1996 has been racing across the Atlantic in the CART Champcar series notching up many wins.
