Flowery, Flouncey and bizarre are all descriptions that have been applied to Lawrence Llewellyn Bowens designs. Famed for his over the top dress sense, Lawrence has become a household name due to his no holds barred designs on the BBCs Changing Rooms. For the past seven years he has created beautiful mayhem in other peoples homes and battled manfully with the programmes presenter Carol Smiley. Lawrence has many other interests around his undoubted design talent and has most recently been costume designer for the stage version of Hook. Lawrence has many charitable interests and despite his sometimes-frivolous appearance on Changing Rooms, he is an articulate and passionate personality with a fascinating story relate.
