Jeremy writes regularly for the Guardian and has appeared as a guest chef on the Food and Drink programme and Chef SOS.
Brought up in Dundee, Jeremy has always been attracted to cooking.
He left school at the age of 16 and moved to London where he worked in a big catering firm.
After working in a number of restaurants in the city, including Alastair Little, Jeremy arrived at Terence Conran’s Blue Print Café on the first floor of London’s Design Museum where he has been based for the last five years.
