Hugh Laurie is one of Britains best loved and most well known comic actors, he has appeared in the films The Borrowers and Peters Friends directed by Kenneth Brannagh and Ben Eltons Gasping in the West End. However, he is best known for his television work, appearing with comedy partner Stephen Fry in A Bit of Fry and Laurie and Jeeves and Wooster. Further popular appearances were in Blackadder with Rowan Atkinson and The Young Ones with Rik Mayall.
