Greg Proops is an American comedian, improviser and actor. He has been a regular member on Channel 4’s popular programme Whose Line is It Anyway? and is an established stand-up comic in the UK and the United States. His one-man show was sold out and nominated for the Perrier Award at the 1993 Edinburgh festival, which he followed up with further sell-out seasons at Edinburgh in1994, 1995 and 1996. Making frequent appearances on Television and Radio, Greg has presented Space Cadets (1997, Channel four), Potted Histories (1994, BBC TV), and The unforgettable Memory Show (1994-5 BBC) among many other programmes. Having also hosted his own chat show, Greg is no stranger to the limelight, and will provide side splittingly funny after-dinner speeches on a wide variety of subjects.
