General Norman Schwarzkopf was commander in chief, United States Central Command and commander of operations Desert Storm and Desert Shield.He epitomises all that is good about leadership and motivation.Having retired from the army in 1991 he went on to write his autobiography "It doesn't take a Hero" which became an international best seller.His list of honours included three Silver Stars, three Bronze Stars, two Purple Hearts and the Presidential Medal of Freedom.Not only has General Norman Schwarzkopf devoted many years of his life to the service in the U.S but he also is very active in many humanitarian and charitable causes and issues.
