After Dinner Speakers: Douggie Donnelly, Elizabeth Dawn, Alan Sugar
Dougie Donnelly is one of the BBC's top television sports presenters and, since joining the BBC in 1978, he has been involved with a wide variety of major network sporting productions including presenting the BBC's premier sport programme Grandstand.
In Scotland he is perhaps most associated with football, the sport he has presented and reported on for more than 20 years, while the rest of the UK will know Dougie better through his 15 year presentation of golf and snooker.
Football is the main focus of Dougie's television presentation in 2002 thanks to BBC Scotland showing ever more live games from the Scottish Premier League and the Scottish Cup, although golf also features heavily in Dougie's schedule.
He made his eighth visit to Augusta for the Masters in April where he interviewed some the World's top players including his long time friends, Colin Montgomerie and Lee Westwood.
This was followed by, amongst others, The Loch Lomond World Invitational Tournament and The Open with the Ryder Cup adding a special edge to these tournaments in September.
In February 2002 Dougie travelled to Salt Lake City for his fifth Olympic Games - three Summer, two Winter - and in the summer he made the short trip to Manchester to cover his third Commonwealth Games.
Dougie has travelled extensively covering some of the World's major sporting events, over and above the Olympic and Commonwealth Games he has presented two World Cup Tournaments and three European Championships.
He has also produced, written and presented a variety of sell through video biographies for sporting personalities including Gavin Hastings and Ally McCoist, Lubo Moravcik and Paul Gascoigne.
While Dougie has established himself as a sports presenter his versatility is underlined by his presentation of non-sporting programmes, including two series of his own chat show for BBC Scotland, which included a one off special with Billy Connolly, and quiz shows for both ITV and BBC.
He was also an award winning disc jockey on Radio Clyde where he presented the station's most listened to midweek programme, the mid-morning show.
During this time he was named Scottish Television Personality of the Year and Radio Personality of the Year on three occasions.
Dougie, who gained a Law Degree at Strathclyde University, is also at home presenting promotional events, sales conferences and corporate videos.
He is in constant demand as an after dinner speaker. His rapport with players, officials and fans from all sides of the sporting spectrum give him some wonderful anecdotes to entertain and amuse audiences.
Away from broadcasting Dougie remains a sport enthusiast and is a keen golfer, playing and speaking at corporate golf events throughout the UK.
