Arthur is a broadcaster, writer and after dinner entertainer, and has recently been seen on our screens as a reporter for “The travel Show” (BBC TV), “Carlton Country” (Kingfisher for Carlton), and guesting shows such as “They think It’s all Over” (Talkback for BBC). You can hear Arthur presenting “The Smith Lectures” (Planet 24 for Radio 2)” which was described as ‘The funniest show I have ever heard,’ by Jim Moir, “I’m still standing”, a series about drinking for BBC Radio, and recording the further series of “Sentimental Journeys” which he hosts. Arthur is a hilarious speaker as a host, after-dinner or stand-up.
