After many successful years stateside Amanda Donohoe has made a welcome return to the UK playing Mrs Robinson in the West End hit The Graduate. She is probably most recognised for her portrayal as a lesbian Lawyer in the US TV series LA Law, for which she won a Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress. Other TV credits include playing herself in Bob Martin, Frasier, The Thornbirds, Murder Most Horrid, A Womans Guide to Adultery and Game Set & Match. Amanda Donohoe also has a successful Film career with appearances in Circus, as Miranda in Liar Liar and Lady Pembroke in The Madness of King George. She also won the Variety Club of Great Britain Award for Best Actress in a Motion Picture playing Christine Morahan opposite Paul McGann in Paper Mask.
